Due to higher than usual order volumes on Body Bands we are temporarily unable to make some of our most time consuming/ labour intensive lines, which includes Pocket Panties. This is a temporary measure and we will be offering these again very soon, thanks for your patience. You CAN still place an order for these if you are lucky enough to be size 14 or don’t mind waiting, and this will place you right at the top of the Sewing Room list when we start making these again.

These Pocket Panties have a hidden soft jersey pocket panel inside to discreetly hold an insulin pump. The pocket opening is tucked subtly away inside, below the waistband. With the pump removed they look like any regular briefs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We hold a very limited stock of Pocket Panties . If the size or colour you ordered is not available we Custom Make them for you in our London Sewing Room. You need to allow 28 days for this bespoke service.

Once you get your head around keeping your pump in your pants we promise it’s the most comfortable and discreet place to carry it! Pants are a garment you already wear, they have elastics and fabrics to keep them in place on the body comfortably all day and with a tweak or two from us they make perfect pump accessories.
