Delivery Times & Options

At Hid- in we pride ourselves on speedy delivery as we know how important accessories are! We ship from our London studio and, provided that we have stock, we try to send out your order within 7 working days of receiving it. We tend to ship twice weekly, but if you have an urgent need email us and we'll see what we can do for you.

Due to the pressure on the Postal Service caused by the global Covid-19 pandemic we are experiencing delays to so some previously reliable destinations. These delays are as unpredictable and as frustrating to us as a small business as they are to you our customers. We can only apologise for this, but state that this is very clearly outside of our control. If you choose Standard post there is nothing that we can do to track your parcel. To reassure you, the picture that we are building is that most parcels ARE ARRIVING but after delays that can be up to 6 weeks depending where in the world you are. We are in constant conversation with our customers to inform and reassure as much as we can. If you are ordering from the UK from abroad for the first time please do check the postal delays in your area and take these into account! We truly appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times and we will always do our best to get your parcel to you.

We ask customers to be patient in busy times as we are a small business.
Please allow the standard 28 days before reporting an item lost, especially if it is being sent overseas or by standard post, or both. Please then be prepared to allow an extra 2 weeks to account for the affect of the pandemic on service. Many Thanks

Track & Sign

If you prefer the peace of mind of a 100% reliable, traceable delivery worldwide choose the Track & Sign option. Parcels should arrive within 5 days of being sent. Please allow 28 days for potential customs delays.

tems are posted Royal Mail Standard at the purchasers risk. From my experience this system is 99.99% reliable - we have only ever had a couple of parcels truly go "missing" *

Customs & Duty

Please be aware that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges must be born by you the customer.

Stock Items

We hold stock of best-selling pieces such as the Classic Multiway Body Band and Pocket Panties so these can sent out quickly.

Custom Made

Customers need to allow 28 days depending on how busy our sewing room is or how complicated the order. 

These include the Limited Edition Lace, Pandora Panda, Peggy Cat and Bolus the Robot Multiway Body Bands, Fancy and Satin Pocket Panties and any made-to-measure and custom made pieces.
