Our returns policy
If you’re not happy with an item please return it to us in the same state that it arrived with you within 14 days. We agree to refund items that are unsuitable in terms of quality or fit and will refund the item and equivalent shipping costs back to our UK address.
Custom Made - If we are making pieces to your individual specification, if your issue is just one of "changing your mind" a full refund is difficult as we may not be able to resell your specific item. We appreciate your feedback on what made the product unsuitable and it is important that our customers are happy with our service and return to us.

When trying on items please avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear as in the interests of hygiene we may refuse returns if we feel these requests have been overlooked.
Faulty Goods
Unfortunately we have been alerted to a small batch of Body Bands where the swan hooks are not our usual quality and are suffering from metal fatigue and even breaking with regular use. As a tiny business, we are as disappointed by this as you. Hid-In takes great pride in providing high quality, long lasting products to make living with diabetes easier.
Unfortunately we do not know how many Body Bands this issue affects as we are still investigating. However, if your clasp breaks within 6 months (or however many months you think it should last based on your use) please take a photo and email to info@hid-in.com with your order number and the item affected, and we will send out a replacement immediately. We are working very hard to understand and amend the issue and appreciate your understanding, loyalty and patience whilst we do so.
