These pretty Pocket Panties have a hidden soft jersey pocket panel inside to discreetly hold an insulin pump. Jersey polkadot print front and back with black mesh side panels and contrasting white lace and pink bow. The pocket opening is tucked subtly away inside, below the waistband. With the pump removed they look like any regular briefs.

Once you get your head around keeping your pump in your pants we promise it’s the most comfortable and discreet place to carry it! Pants are a garment you already wear, they have elastics and fabrics to keep them in place on the body comfortably all day and with a tweak or two from us they make perfect pump accessories.
